Terms & Conditions

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your tattoo appointment. This goes toward the final cost of your tattoo.

• You may reschedule once, as long as it’s at least 72 hours in advance — your deposit will transfer to the new date.

• Any additional reschedules or changes will result in a new deposit being required.

• No-shows or last-minute cancellations will result in a forfeited deposit.

You must be 18 years or older to get tattooed — no exceptions. A valid photo ID will be required at your appointment.

• Please arrive clean and well-rested. Refer to my preparation page.

• If you're feeling sick, reschedule your appointment.

• Dana reserves the right to refuse service if it's unsafe to proceed with the tattoo.

• All content on this site (images, text, designs, etc.) belongs to Dana Nicole unless stated otherwise. Don’t use it without permission.
